Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free plan & trials

Our free/starter tier lets you evaluate the product without payment. Where a paid trial period is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel during the trial at no cost.

2. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel anytime from Dashboard → Settings → Billing or by writing to our support team. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan features remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for. No further charges are made after cancellation takes effect.

3. Refunds

• First purchase, 7-day guarantee: if the Service does not work as described, request a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription.
• Duplicate or erroneous charges: refunded in full once verified.
• Failed payment but amount debited: such amounts are auto-reversed by the gateway/bank, typically within 5–7 business days.
• Renewals: renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the new period has started; contact us within 48 hours of an unwanted renewal and we will review it fairly.
• Partial periods, add-ons, and usage-based charges (e.g. consumed AI/message quotas) are non-refundable.

4. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via the same gateway (Razorpay/Stripe) within 7–10 business days of approval. Timelines beyond that depend on your bank or card issuer.

5. How to request

Email us from your registered account email with your workspace name, payment reference/invoice ID, and the reason — see Contact. We respond to refund requests within 3 business days.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may be declined where the account violated our Terms & Conditions (e.g. spam or abuse), or where the request falls outside the windows above. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
